From leading local retailers to world-famous international brands, and delicious eateries featuring delicacies from around the world, Phoenix Mall is the one-stop destination for all shopping indulgences and excellent food.

 

By virtue of its central location connected to major roads and the M1 motorway, Phoenix Mall is easily accessible from all sides of the island.

 

In July 2012, Ascencia invested some Rs700m (USD 23m) in the extension of Phoenix Mall to make way for more retail outlets and eateries. The development project entailed an increase of 5,000 m² of leasing space and the extension of the parking space to 10,000 m².

 

The mall has 100% occupancy our anchor tenant, Jumbo one of the biggest and most renowned hypermarkets of the island.

 

Phoenix Mall aims to enhance the shopping experience of its customers all year long. We value the different Mauritian cultures and engage ourselves in the celebration of various cultural and commercial events throughout the year. 

 

The mall has also invested in a 8,706 m2 Photovoltaic Farm, operational since August 2018. This green initiative has helped us in being self-sufficient for up to 30% of our electrical consumption.

 

We welcome local exhibitors willing to promote their products. The possibilities of advertising on our digital screens help our visitors to have an insight of the different offerings or inform about upcoming events.
