SYSTEMS DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (ENATT LTD/ ASCENCIA)


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance to users for all our system applications issues and queries, log calls and follow up with vendors/ service providers until the problem is solved

  • Add data such as new building, supplier, report grouping, admin function such as postponed and closed billing date

  • Coordinate with IT support to carry out interventions for ENATT and ensure that issues are resolved

  • Liaise with IT support to configure workstations/laptops and assist them to add users on ENATT domain

  • Create new folder, adds access and gives permissions

  • Carried out daily back up for ENATT data

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in IT or any other related field
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar position

  • Experience in Broll system is an advantage

  • Be fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Fully computer literate (Ms Word, Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel)

  • Knowledge of computer software

  • Dynamic, self motivated and excellent team player

MARKETING AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER (ENATT LTD/ ASCENCIA)


Key Responsibilities:

    1. Gather and analyse data about what company already does in terms of customer experience.

    2. Define the corporate customer promise

    3. Build the customer experience road map

    4. Ensure that we achieve star rating from Customer Satisfaction on our key “Values”

    5. Carry out customer satisfaction Gap analysis across a portfolio

    6. Build marketing strategies regarding customer promise

    7. Work together with Retail Lab

    8. Ensure you develop a world-class ‘marketing platform’

    9. Implement a Mobile app

    10. Work together with centre management teams to ensure excellent customer experience

    11. Propose and manage detailed budgets and forecasts for new development projects and programs

    12. Propose and Implement CX and CRM platform

    13. Attend various routine meetings with the various internal and external stakeholders

    14. Ensure that the Corporate learning Culture is “lived”

    15. Continuously innovate and look for new opportunities

    16. Leverage on Heads of dept support when required

Financial Controller (Ascencia / ENATT Ltd)


  • Coordinate and review monthly management accounts and month-end schedules with Property Accountants and Centre Managers with relevant comments on variances as well as ensure submission within the deadline set.

  • Report to the Asset Manager on the financial performance of the property.

  • Attend monthly management meetings and where possible weekly debtors’ meetings for the centre and ensure proper actions initiated and followed up.

  • Review monthly billing schedules with the centre management teams.

  • Consolidate monthly VAT and TDS workings for all centres and submit a return to the MRA.

  • Automation of reporting through “Datamart”

  • Assist tax advisors for Corp tax and APS returns

  • Coordinate and Review quarterly forecasts for the centres and submit to head office within the deadline set.

  • Coordinate and Review the quarterly Assets Management reports with the Centre Management teams.

  • Coordinate and Review the yearly budgets of the centres.

  • Review the yearly TDS receivable schedules with Property Accountants and intervene where required.

  • Any other duties assigned as and when required.

  • Coach the property accountants and officers

  • Liaise with internal and external auditors

  • Ensure optimal treasury management, including management of creditors

  • Ensure SOPs are being adhered to and any deviation properly documented.

  • Ensure adherence to payment terms and financial covenants of any banking facility in place

  •  Follow up on project costing and payments to contractors

 

Qualifications

 

  • Master’s Degree in Finance or recognised professional certification (ACCA  qualified or any other relevant qualification)

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel at an expert level)

 

Experience

 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field

  • Experience of Broll will be an advantage
