Marketing Coordinator – Bo’Valon


Job Summary: To develop and execute marketing plans and strategies, including the marketing budget for Bo'Valon Mall.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the conceptualization of all marketing strategies

  • Develop marketing strategy to meet the marketing objectives

  • Advertising strategies - planning and implementation

  • Brand building and positioning

  • Budget Management

  • Marketing service provider appointment and liaison

  • Tenant, Client & Media liaison

  • Public-Relations - Internal and external communications

  • Social Media management (Facebook, Twitter and other relevant mediums)

  • Provide support on the exhibitions’ followup

 

Attributes of the job holder:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)- French & English

  • Detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated and organised

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter and ability to act independently

  • IT literacy- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office packages

  • An active team player

  • Degree Qualification in Marketing or any other related field

  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in marketing and/or other related field.

Data Analyst - Ascencia


Job Summary: Monitoring the Wi-Fi infrastructure and the data capture process to enable tenants & landlords to make targeted operation decisions and enhance marketing effectiveness by providing accurate customer behavioural patterns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse monthly reports and validate the content

  • Identify shortcomings and outliers in reports and provide recommendations

  • Sharing of reports (with Analyst recommendations) with tenants

  • Have meeting with Tenants

  • Provide Retail metrics and reporting to support the Mall marketing team

  • Support in formulating tailor-made reports.

  • Close collaboration with the Mall management teams

  • Prepare Invoicing schedules to be forwarded to Malls for Billing

  • Monthly meeting with the Malls Marketing team to review on the Mall report

  • Monitor Wi-Fi on Bagatelle and Phoenix Malls and provide an analytic report

  • Understand Customer Behaviour pattern for informed decision making

  • Provide insights to tenants on shoppers behaviour

  • Assist in conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

  • Work in close collaboration with overseas partners

  • Big Data Analysis

  • Liaise with service providers to ensure delivery of quality service as per Service level Agreements
