Development Manager


Job Summary: To implement and execute the company’s property development strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research potential properties, considering multiple aspects and align to company’s strategic orientation.

  • Carry out feasibility studies and define preliminary development options.

  • Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders, consultants and contractors, assess risks and deliver projects within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.

  • Ensure that all contractual agreements with partners and contractors associated to project are established.

  • Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources.

  • Coordinate all resources and stakeholders; set deadlines; assign responsibilities; and monitor, summarise, follow up and communicate the progress of the project.

  • Analyse project profitability, bill rates and utilization.

  • Disseminate project information to team based on requirements.

  • Manage the design phase of the project.

  • Maintain a good working relationship with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth unfolding of the project.

  • Advise senior management in matters relating to major variations.

Job Summary: To develop and execute marketing plans and strategies, including the marketing budget for Bo'Valon Mall.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the conceptualization of all marketing strategies

  • Develop marketing strategy to meet the marketing objectives

  • Advertising strategies - planning and implementation

  • Brand building and positioning

  • Budget Management

  • Marketing service provider appointment and liaison

  • Tenant, Client & Media liaison

Data Analyst - Ascencia


Job Summary: Monitoring the Wi-Fi infrastructure and the data capture process to enable tenants & landlords to make targeted operation decisions and enhance marketing effectiveness by providing accurate customer behavioural patterns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse monthly reports and validate the content

  • Identify shortcomings and outliers in reports and provide recommendations

  • Sharing of reports (with Analyst recommendations) with tenants

  • Have meeting with Tenants

  • Provide Retail metrics and reporting to support the Mall marketing team

  • Support in formulating tailor-made reports.

  • Close collaboration with the Mall management teams

  • Prepare Invoicing schedules to be forwarded to Malls for Billing

  • Monthly meeting with the Malls Marketing team to review on the Mall report

  • Monitor Wi-Fi on Bagatelle and Phoenix Malls and provide an analytic report

  • Understand Customer Behaviour pattern for informed decision making

  • Provide insights to tenants on shoppers behaviour

  • Assist in conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.

  • Work in close collaboration with overseas partners

  • Big Data Analysis

  • Liaise with service providers to ensure delivery of quality service as per Service level Agreements
