Responsible of the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resource function and duties.
Collaborate with the Departmental Managers on their people management responsibilities and in sustaining a performance driven culture throughout the company, based on its values and vision.
Plan and coordinate the recruitment and induction process.
Ensure the processing of payroll transactions and maintain employee records up to date.
Develop, implement and follow-up an employee engagement action plan and coordinate employee welfare activities.
Address employee relations issues, advise management on labour legislations and handle disciplinary and grievance matters.
Ensure that employees adhere and abide to the occupational Health and Safety Management policies and procedures of the company.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the administration of the HR function across all levels of an organisation.
Mastering of local labour laws and related regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and working on human resources related softwares.
Dynamic, focused and reliable person, with strong interpersonal, administration and communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with supervisors and collaborators.
Ability to operate with the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
Holder of a valid driving licence.
