Human Resources Executive

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible of the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resource function and duties. 

  • Collaborate with the Departmental Managers on their people management responsibilities and in sustaining a performance driven culture throughout the company, based on its values and vision.

  • Plan and coordinate the recruitment and induction process.

  • Ensure the processing of payroll transactions and maintain employee records up to date.

  • Develop, implement and follow-up an employee engagement action plan and coordinate employee welfare activities.

  • Address employee relations issues, advise management on labour legislations and handle disciplinary and grievance matters.

  • Ensure that employees adhere and abide to the occupational Health and Safety Management policies and procedures of the company.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the administration of the HR function across all levels of an organisation.

  • Mastering of local labour laws and related regulations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and working on human resources related softwares.

  • Dynamic, focused and reliable person, with strong interpersonal, administration and communication skills.

  • Ability to establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with supervisors and collaborators.

  • Ability to operate with the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Holder of a valid driving licence.
